Our Services

Diagnostic Assessment

We conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions. A typical assessment includes several sessions of interviewing and psychological testing, a comprehensive written report, and a feedback session to review assessment results and discuss treatment options.

We believe effective treatment starts with a good assessment. If a comprehensive assessment report is not needed, we also offer a shorter consultation where we evaluate your mental health concerns.

Sometimes, such assessments are needed for insurance and administrative reasons (e.g., a disability claim submitted to Veterans Affairs Canada, a WSIB claim, disability tax credit, academic accommodations). We are happy to assist in these cases!

Individual Therapy

We provide a range of evidence-based psychological treatments that work! We are proud to provide specialized care for conditions such as Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Eating Disorders, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

We also offer treatment for many other conditions, such as anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), insomnia, adjustment to stress, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and relationship issues.

We utilize treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). We also offer Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed treatment.
